LMFAO Just because he beat a old shot Pacquiao doesn't mean he beats everyone else!

I think Bud's size will be a much bigger factor than Pac's lack of size. Pacquiao never had to move up because he could not longer make the limit since 126. Every time he moved up be it to 130, 135, 140, 147 or 154 he did so to chase bigger fights not because he couldn't make the limit anymore.

Crawford left 135 to 140 because his body was simply rejecting the 135 pound limit. Pacquiao hadn't had that happen to him since 122 pounds.

Guys this isn't wrestling, amateur boxing, NBA, etc. Where you simply cannot select who you want to fight and who you do not want to fight. In boxing an old fighter can just sit on his titles facing cans and has been's and coast out paychecks for a handful of years.

In those other sports I mentioned it's a tournament system. Whereby you have seeds and you fight it out. You can't avoid any up and comers.

Pacquiao was a guy who picked on a young, prime, unknown fighter and it came back to bite him in the ass. He's much farther gone than many of us want to admit. You cannot possibly watch him against Cotto and then see him against Horn and not come to that conclusion. He doesn't even look like the same fighter. He's not half of what he used to be. None of this is meant to discredit Jeff Horn. There are a handful of "club fighters" out there who are in their prime and would give some older past it champs a big run for their money. They will just never get the chance though until they've cleaned out the contender circuit and by that time they may be ruined or flamed out.

Yes! I agree. Horn is a very tough fighter at 147. Anyone who thought that he's the weakest WW. Champ. is YDKSAB.

Damn. Challenged for the "world" title coming off a loss and riding a 4-10-1 stretch.

Pacquio may have been past his best but he was at worst the 2nd best welterweight and was still in most peoples top P4P lists before the Horn fight after beating top Welterweights Bradley and Vargas easily in the 12 months before.

I agree the Crawford fight will tell us a lot about Horn but it will also tell us just as much about Crawford who hasnt fought añybody Pacquios level and as for the size Crawford has built his career so far beating smaller guys.

Anybody writing of Horns win over Pac as a cheap title grab over a smaller former great are clueless and probably the same people who said Horn wasnt even worthy of fighting him before hand.

People underrating Horn beyond the scope of reason fall into exactly two (overlapping) camps:

    a) Pac fans salty that he lost and wanting to claim Pac became a 5% of himself shell overnight to save face and b) Crawford haters wanting to downplay his upcoming victory.

Horn is not only the worst welterweight champion of all time he could possibly be the worst world champion of all time considering he won it via shocking robbery.
