Exactly, and given the complete accounting in my walls-of-text on the page before this, I defy any of those people to explain whom among the likes of, say, España, Galloway, Backus, Léon, Nuzhnenko, Molinares, or Cochrane is better than Horn, in their opinion ...and which of those can manage competitive fight with a 2017 Pac?

 

Crawford UDs Horn but Horn is certainly not as bad as people suggest. That style is awkward and rugged. Not the Worst Welterweight Champion.

Horn is pretty mediocre, but I can't say he's THE worst. Victor Ortiz was a welterweight champion for Christ sake.
