Does he do well against fighters that constantly move away from him?

Loma has such good footwork it matters little which direction his opponents head.

You mean until they got trap on the ropes and Loma use the left glove to punch the guard down and deliver the right hooks?

You're saying he's as effective going forward as he is going back.

That's a good one. After Loma dismantles another come forward pressure fighter this is will be the style people claim will be Loma's downfall.

Lomachenko has fantastic footwork, if someone runs from him he will cut off the ring, he is not only faster on his feet, it's the angles, he is in and out, has faced every style there is.................

He had like 500 amateur fights and many of those will be when the scoring system changed.. No doubt he'll have faced most styles including counter/defensive boxers

you do realize he made the sports greatest runner quit right?

If thats not sufficient go back and watch his gold medal matches and semifinal matches against the Cubans in London, Beijing, Milan and Baku (olympics 08' and 12') and world championships (09' and 11') on youtube.

You'll have your answer if he can cut the ring and corner any fighter alive.

I'm sure he has encountered many a runner during his amateur career. Do you think he does better against forward moving opponents and he's been matched accordingly? Or is there a shortage of movers at his weight?

I love you donnymo but Rigo dont run in the ring. Rigo is an out boxer but not like Willie Monroe jr or Tony Tucker

Agree with you though, Loma pretty much beat the best out boxer in boxing

He eats them for breakfast. :)
To constantly move away from Loma one needs to be conditioned better that Lomachenko. Almost impossible. And even if someone is, for example, with Lomachenko's speed and reaction he will just corner them.

hes amazing against fighters that fight his fight. that means trying to box with him. the only guy that pressured the hell out of him and fought dirty ended up winning a decision.

Loma is much more effective going forward than when he's fighting on the back foot.
