    If we are just considering who fought the toughest names, obviously it's Oscar.

    Of course, he lost to some of them, but that wasn't the question.

    Well , Gatti moved up to fight Hoya while Mayweather moved up to fight Gatti. And Gatti was champ coming off good wins when Mayweather fought him . Hoya fought Gatti after the Robinson beatings.
