Loma has the same problem fighters like Roy Jones Jr and Pernell Whitaker had: He's too good for his own good.

Gary Russel Jr. in particular is no joke. I'm not saying he's the next ATG, but he even won some rounds against Loma. And nobody else has beaten him. The dude is the real deal and would beat a lot of Featherweights that we rated in the past. It's a shame he never fights.

Fair post. Crawford is a good finisher and is usually in "exciting fights" but for whatever reason Crawford couldn't take Postol out he tried at times he dropped him twice but he couldn't get him out of there. I think he wants to fight Spence and Thurman but he needs to get away from Arum to do it. Arum doesn't have any fighters or fights for him at 147. I'm not sure what his contract status is with Top Rank but he needs to leave them as soon as his contract is up.

I agree. Russell Jr is his best win.

What dates did Osar suggest? And Loma does have a say in the matter. He should be fighting Berchelt or rematching Russell jr. Instead of fighting another no hoper. It's akin to Arum matching Pac with limited in skill David Diaz, instead of Nate Campbell, Guzman, or Soto.

I got banned for calling a known racist, a racist. It had nothing to do with my credibility which remains as always as high as ever..

If Crawford somehow manages to completely school Jeff Horn, You have my word that I will give him credit. However up until now he's proven nothing, except that he is capable of feasting on dead carcasses and bullying his way to titles against smaller men.

Finally he is going to fight someone who is not only superior in size and aggression, but also young and hungry in their prime.

As for Beltran, he was always a C-level fighter, a glorified sparring partner if you will. It's good fight for Lomachenko to keep active, nothing more. It would be a different story, if when he beats him, many then claim it to be evidence of his greatness

Loma has little to gain fighting Russell Jr. again. He will probably win a moderately wide decision like 9 or 8 rounds. He's already beaten Russell Jr. it won't add to his resume unless he knocks him out. He won't raise his profile among less hardcore fans because Russell Jr. is an unknown and pretty inactive fighter. There is an argument to be made that Russell Jr. is the best fighter in the world under 130 pounds right now, but Loma has already beaten him convincingly.

He has little to gain beating Beltran. At least Russell Jr would be somewhat of a challenge this time around.

lol, you are doing your damnedest to ignore the logistics of Loma going pro huh? You can't compare Loma with others because Loma entered the pro ranks late. Unlike the other fighters whom spent their youths in the Pros who worked their way up. Just doing what your doing tells everyone you are trying real ****ing hard to give Loma every benefit. Loma spent those years instead in the Ams racking up stats and then left for the Pros late in his career. He doesn't get to count these early wins vs bums as greatness executed. They're not the same thing.

Russell Jr and Rigo are arguably better than anyone Crawford has fought.

Hang on... Linares & Loma want it!! Problem is Oscar! Secondly, Beltran was good enough to whoop Burns & fight Crawford! Why is he not a decent interim fight at LW for Loma? He's a solid B level LW who's a decent fall back option for a first fight at LW. Beat Lundy, Burns & Ao. Not a bad set of wins even tho he was stuffed against Burns.

It's ironic, Beltran is a long ass time sparring partner of Pac's. If they both fought Beltran, they can both fight Pac. But nope...
