You seriously didn't remember who Mike Alvarado is?

In regards to his mugshot - which time do you mean? Alvarado had over two dozen arrests between 2000 and 2014, on various guns & drug charges. They didn't call him "Mile High Mike" just because of the altitude in Denver, ifyaknowwhatimean. ;)

It was a worked match against a 0-0 fighter from a different sport lol. Alvarado is a legitimate pro boxer.

Actually, call me crazy but I would tune in for a McGregor vs. Alvarado, in a heartbeat.

I remember and know who he is LOL, but my God I was surprised to see how much he transformed

    :zpong:

He looked human a few years back. Now he looks like a zombie. :babeando:

Yeah I was actually just thinking about the prospect. That would be a decent little scrap while it lasted.

I swear you're gonna bring up that fight for years to come. Take it for what it's worth, a 2 weight world champion in MMA vs A 40 year old Mayweather. It was semi competitive and then Mayweather knocked him. No one said it was one of May's good wins, but Conor could probably knock Mike out LOL.

It was competitive for as long as Mayweather allowed it to be.. Like many of us who didn't fall for the fake fight predicted.

Co-main? Over a legit world title bout in Magdaleno vs. Dogboe, just because Pac is a celebrity? I hate that ****. It was rightfully scheduled for 10 rounds, and ought to be third-billed, period. I hate this "celebrity treatment/lifetime achievement" nonsense.

I feel like the rules need to apply to everybody no matter how big a celebrity they are. I enjoy when those rules are enforced rather than bent for people's "status". So, for instance, the fact that Pacquiao vs. Alvarado is set for 10 instead of arbitrarily 12 rounds "just because" without anything at stake pleases me greatly. Similarly, it would please me to see Pac vs. Alvarado third-billed, with no favoritism granted just because Pac happens to be a bigger star/draw than Magdaleno, Dogboe, Horn and even Crawford all combined. A 10-rounder between a shot former legend (no matter who that legend is) and even more shot former interim titlist SHOULD NOT get marquee priority over two world championship bouts, ever, period, end of story.

You're right, though, hell, they'll probably make Pac vs. Alvarado the main event, never mind co-. :ohno
