I agree with your premise that it allows for subjective opinion on the rds.
But both Gassiev and GGG were the better fighters even though in Dorticos case, he was almost doubling the output in the first couple rds.
GGG dictated the early rds behind the have, and defended against each counter, few and far between as they were.
Alvarez did however attempt to work back into the rds by throwing in combination on the front foot in the final 30/40 seconds.
GGG however defenses blocked, parried, and turned off the ropes and negated whatever little rally Alvarez mustered.

Best case for Alvarez was 4 rds, and that's gifting him the 2 close rds.

Dorticos was more like GGG in that he control the tempo for the majority of the rds.

Gassievs flurries however were game changers and pulled many of the closer rds

Well at least Oscar, Bernard, Adelaide Byrd and Canelo’s mom agree with you. That’s pretty good company, I have to admit.

Adaptation is starting to time an opponent and actually capitalizing on openings. G did not do that. He ineffectively followed Canelo around while pressuring with a pity pat jab while Canelo landed the best shots of the fight while gassed. G didn’t even capitalize while Canelo was on the ropes and couldn’t effectively pin him on the ropes.

Canelo went and left the ropes as he pleased. When Canelo did decide to stand his ground he definitely won most of the exchanges especially in the championship rounds. That includes more than just the last 2 rounds as you claim.

You’re just another fan that scores ineffective aggression because a guy walks forward and is busier. Effectiveness is the name of the game in boxing and majority of fans are too ignorant to understand that.

Effort is not a scoring criteria. Effectiveness is. Throwing a pity pat jab is not going to win you a fight. This is what wins you a fight just to remind you.

    EFFECTIVE AGGRESSION
    CLEAN PUNCHING
    ring generalship
    Defense

Tempo, pace and all this other bs I’m reading does not.

I had the same. 2 clear rounds for Álvarez, and 2 other rounds that were close enough to arguably give him, if you were inclined.

Nacho Beristain had Golovkin winning the first fight, so did Paulie, Lederman, myself, and almost everyone else. Even El Pollo fans were booing the decision. El Pollo knows who will win the fight on the cards, he also knows Oscar owns the referee, Oscar is a cheat like Don King, Arum, Haymon and their ilk! Saw video of Golovkin training, he is punching very hard, I hope he knocks El Pollo out, but if he does, it will only give him a draw!

GGG won by at least 4 last time out , this time Canelo runs even more , which im afraid will actually make it look even closer due to the way those judges score his fighter.

Canelo gets the decision this time round and GGG retires.

The referee did not help Golovkin at all, he helped El Pollo............watch out for bad judges, ref, etc., Oscar will cheat...........

Gee, lets see. GGG landed almost 100 more punches first off, proof is right here :

Secondly, did u see GGG go backwards all night, showing that Canelo's power was bothering him? Meanwhile, Canelo who never goes backwards, runs all night proving he can't handle GGGs power. GGG could have gotten on his bike and boxed Canelo the last couple of rounds but he choose to try to finish him off and please the fans. GGG was so in control of this fight and handling canelo, that he went forward, stuck his chin out begging canelo to punch him just so canelo would stand his ground for a second and exchange with him. GGG was so in control of canelo it wasn't even funny.
It seems almost every single boxing name worth mentioned all thought the same thing:

I think Canelo have to stand his ground to win. Even though Golovkin didn't hurt Canelo much when he had him on the defensive, he won rounds by simply being the aggressor. Canelo has to deny GGG the space to utilize his jab and push him back. Easier said than done, but I think that's his only chance. In close he has the advantage of better head movement, faster hands and more compact punches. If he gets on his bike as much as in the first fight, he will lose.

That is his M.O., makes outlandish statements then hides under a cactus after being made to look stupid only to return after the initial shock period wear off to repeat his cobbled narratives replete with buzz words and spin doctored semantics.
