Bro did you not watch the Saunders fight? It was obvious he was trash then. I was on his hype train until that fight which revealed everything.

 

Techincally that performance was shocking. No bones about it.

He variety of punches was non existent was too precdicatble, and his punches reminded me of happy Gilmore.

Yup, unless Groves suddenly grew a titanium chin which is fairly unlikely, it's Eubanks lack of single punch power letting him down, among other things that is.

 

I thought CEJ sounded pretty good in the interview.

I didn't think it was as wide as people here had it -- Sure, Groves negated everything and CEJ was completely ineffectual, but Groves didn't actually do that much himself.

Still, Groves won clearly.

Not sure what was going on with CEJ. Seems to have lost any skill he once had. All just wild and predictable punches.

You can criticise Eubank a lot, but he wasnt scared in the slightest. I've never seen so many reckless 'hell mary' lunges.
