incredible! He lost imo, 10-2 to Groves but Eubank showed a lot of heart and determination, mindless but still admirable. What a last round, round of the year so far?
Great chin Great heart Great conditioning Unfortunately, his skill level and strategy are lagging. Definitely can take a shot, though.
No jab and can't fight in the back foot, all the idiots on here saying he has improved since the bjs loss know **** all about boxing. Good fighter, not a good boxer at all. Heart, chin and fitness will not beat world levels boxers. Stop being a greedy twat with daddy and get a coach.
He did show great heart and chin, but he needs a proper trainer, he can't go into the biggest fight of his career with nobody in his corner. It showed tonight he really had no game plan and couldn't overcome simply things Groves was doing. He squared up way too much once he got inside and that allowed Groves to tie him up every time.
Sad to say, there is some truth in this. If he takes punches like that in a lot of his fights, his career is likely to be fairly short. At least short at his best level. He needs better coaching.
He's an absolute machine, iron chin. I believe he should relocate Stateside and ask Floyd Sr to train him full time.
He's a phenomenal athlete, but this is the product of training himself. Sloppy fundamentals and tactically inept. He looked like an ugly half hybrid between Wilder and Porter tonight; sloppy punches winged in from anywhere and constantly smothered his own work whenever he did manage to close the gap.
He showed an OK chin. He was wobbled several times and looked to have his knees buckle from a hard jab. He's got very good head and waist movement which makes him hard to hit clean, and Groves was hardly hitting him at will tonight. He didn't absorb half the punishment Groves recent opposition has.
