He called him out still in the ring after the groves schooling. typical ***** move by Eubank jr, looking for the weakest titleholder he can find. i hope it doesnt come off. i hope degale gets his rematch vs truax. but eubank jr has been handed titles and opportunities all his Career............so this fight im afraid is a real possibility.
eubank jnr trying to get a free pass to real title fight again after losing one. Get in line mate you were lucky to get this shot.
He'll be World Champ again next fight. Also beat Groves if they rematch. Eubank learned in defeat, Groves took a life changing beating even tho he got the W
HA. maybe, but he ought to fight an eliminator first, fairs fair. but 2G really pasted him up, clearcut case of man vs child. And the child is the father of the man, so its said.
You might need to say you're being sarcastic here as there are some Eubankers on here who still think he's the goods at both 160 and 168 despite yesterday's humbling should of been 2 flash knockdown loss.
I doubt Truax would lay down as easily as Yildirim did. Eubank would have his hands full all 12 rounds.
That could work they both fought this weekend, CEJ against GG and Truax against that Paulus Moses guy, and they both sustained cuts so they should both be ready to be back out again around the same time.
This fight had a lot of clinching, free air swinging and posing, but very few clean shots landed. The one remotely important was the Groves left hook/jab in the second rd that caught Jr square coming in and sent him to the mat for a flash, uncounted kd. Badou hurt Groves 10 times more than did Eubank Jr.
He needs to follow his pops template and get a lesser belt he defends vs Mex road sweepers and unheralded fringe men. Worked well.
why is anyone surprised? the man has a record for picking out weak fighters... look what he did with the ibo? saw a weak champion took it then tried to call him self a world champ... everyone knows truax is the weskest of 168.. so not surprised .
