The scores were accurate , JR was just out boxed and Groves jab and movement were the key !

Not the judge that had 2 rounds in it. The ref was also a joke.

Probably not , id say Eubank won 2 possibly three rounds max.

He did show a solid chin though , he was hit with a lot of power shots and didn't flinch. He had Groves rocked near the end as well, even if Groves had only 1 arm lol

    Didn’t flinch?

He was stunned on numerous occasions, Groves should’ve stopped him TBH.

Should have ? But did not stop him because his chin was too good.

He stiffened a bit yeah but those shots would have dropped most Super Mids never mind a division down at middle.

He's deluded it was 9-3 at best. I personally only gave Jnr the last round and scored one even, the 9th i think.

Stiffened a bit? He got knocked down twice?!

No I mean he should’ve stopped him just like Klit should’ve stopped AJ, the only reason he didn’t was tactics.

, what rounds were the knock downs ?

I seem to remember they were more of a loss of balance than a proper knockdown , ill watch them back and give a bit of feedback

There was one in round two where he took a left while going in , scoring that a knockdown but that would have been very harsh, he never touched the canvas.

If it did hurt him it was very minimal because there were no signs other than the slight dip which was more about balance I would have said.

Didn't get the ref thing, eubank was on all 4s he didn't even acknowlege it as a slip just carried on, I believed that even if a glove hits the floor it qualifies as a knockdown? Very strange...

I do have a mate that was there who seemed to think that from the audience it was a close fight, I think on TV we could see how useless and ineffective eubank work was with all the missing but I reckon at the wrong angle in the arena it could look like good effective work...

I agree. One of the worst scores I've seen for a while, it's gone under the radar

I believe it was Marcus McDonnell who scored it 115-113, I personally can't see how he came up with that score.

    Two knockdowns not scored.

It raises the question.. were they trying their best to get Jr to the final but because it was so one sided they couldn't actually give him a decision?
