Duran wins by KO. Mugabi has power but that shouldn't be enough. Obviously Duran's conditioning is a factor but assuming he's in fighting shape, he'd win.
See Duran vs D.Moore. Like the Moore fight, Duran was just on another level in comparison to Mugabi. The way Mugabi fought was tailor made for Duran. The wide power punches that devastated so many tough Philadelphia fighters Duran would feast on , and take Mugabi to school. And I'm talking about Mugabi before Hagler. If Duran is focused and in shape, fight's no contest.

Mugabi comes out swinging here, but Duran beats him inside and works him over on the way to a unanimous decision.
Duran does not do well vs. the fast guys like Hearns or Benitez, but Mugabi works into Duran' style.. Might be one of Duran's best wins. Guys like Moore and Mugabi or Barkley really work into Duran's style. Then you give him a guy like even Michael Olajide, and Duran might lose every round.
