People are sleeping on Warrington here, Selby isn't as good, and Warrington isn't as bad as people seem to think they are. I'm leaning towards him winning a close decision.
Warrington is a good all rounder and selby has been overrated imo. The thing is with warrington in the uk is he has the leeds utd football supporters following and for that reason alone a lot of people have a dislike for him and view warrington with a 'glass half empty' perception. Like i say, warrington is a good all rounder, hes come through the hard way, on the back of small halls, hes been the away fighter a couple of times in his career and hes worked hard to get where he his. Timing goes a long way in this sport. Lee Hasnt done anything special since he won the title. His best performance since then was probably barros but evryone knows hes struggling with the weight and apparantly walks about at 11 and half stone. That does seem ridiculously high for a 126 fighter, whereas warrington walks about at 10% of his fighting weight. I think warrington will have enough on the night to beat lee, he might possibly stop him in the late rds. Lee has been a good fighter at 126, all his best days where before he picked up the ibf strap imo. Hes always had a massive weight advantage but doing things that way doesnt last forever and it will catch up one day. Your always rolling the dice
Is that Warrington the same guy who was manhandled by Kiko Martinez last year and was lucky to win on points because he was fighting at home? Selby should win this one.
I scored that match for Kiko as well, but Selby doesn't fight a thing like Kiko, and Selby had his own Kiko Martinez like moment with Montiel, the same one who was nearly beheaded by Jorge Lara a few months later. Montiel pushed him to the brink. Styles make fights, and Josh isn't a great style for Lee.

Trying to make out warrington is a racist because he doesnt like him Warrington made a comment concerning how selby looked at the weigh ins. To be a racist you must have intent. Warrington has no bad intentions towards other races
Selby will win this comfortably. He's much superior. I've watched every fight of Warrington's since he's been with Eddie and Frank and I just can't get excited.
