Mayweather stepped up two divisions to fight Oscar. That was not Floyd's division.

Pac is smaller then Mayweather yet moved up to same weight classes he has plus Pac moved up 8 weight classes

 

duran is smaller then Floyd yet moved up to 160

Floyd never took a dangerous fight if he fought Martinez/golovkin/Hopkins that would of been dangerous fights.....

 

So what Duran is greater than PBF and is a top 10 ATG PBF isn't.

He did take dangerous fights, he was just better than everyone else. Who when he was active 154 and down would be the favorite over him? No one so by your very definition no fight would be dangerous.
