If Wilder gets to 40-0, that'll put him #3 all-time behind Holmes (48-0) and Rocky (49-0)

Look I'm a wilder fan, but he needs more big names for it to count, he's doing everything right and wants more fights but to be put in the atg category with foreman and marciano he needs to unify the division and k.o. that bodybuilding racist joshua

And that would be impressive if his wasn't the most padded excuse for a resume in modern times.

He's had 39 fights to date and only seven at best were against credible opposition - Scott, 2015 Stiverne, Molina, Duhaupas, Szpilka, Arreola and Washington - and even some of them are debatable.

Arreola and Molina were clearly not credible opponents. And Scott was a dive.

The others were marginally credible. And only 1 a top 10 ranked opponent. These are guys fighters usually face around there 15-20 bout. Not their mid 30s and title defenses

As I said, out of thirty-nine fight he's had at best seven credible opponent and even those are debatable.

Scott was a good fighter but the controversy of the fight itself damages the credibility of the win.

Arreola has long been in and around the world title picture but he was never good enough to win it and he was long past his best, making him a credible name but not, necessarily, a credible win.

Molina had two loses to his name and was a national champion prior to that and has challenged a different world title since so he was at least a live opponent and credible in that regard, but clearly he's not one of the division's best.

It's true that it's kind of clutching at straws to add them to the list of credible opponent Wilder has fought, and that's the problem - his resume is mostly garbage.

Brian Nielsen was 49-0 before he lost... He, like Wilder, fought mostly bums and an old Larry Holmes...

Records don't mean **** these days. No one batted an eyelid when Floyd went 50-0 by beating an MMA fighter. Wilder's doing boxing a great favour when he surpasses Floyd. All we need is for Calzaghe to come back for a ten series showdown with Pudwill to really show who's boss

No, it's perfect. Who else looks basic on the outside? Who else uses line of sight boxing? Name the posture fighters of the division. Wilder is a continuation of Marciano stretched out to size. If Rock was big he'd've fought like Wilder.

It's how you train naturally gifted punchers to deal with pedigree since 520BC. The pedigree will be happy to see you as a **** up. You just study their attack and hit them when they hit you. Szpilka got dropped doing what? Something that worked well against Wilder just a few minutes prior. Walcott got dropped doing what? Something that worked well against Rock just a few minutes prior.

You guys have seen Wilder switch from KO to points. Why the **** do you act like you're too blind to see it? I get that y'all want to take shine off D, but for ****'s sake don't you realize at the same time you're announcing to the world you're incapable of seeing the switch or lack of even after the fight is over?

Is Wilder so **** at boxing he shouldn't even be compared with an ATG who is to this day still considered **** at boxing or are you lot such **** at spotting you can't even tell basic as **** points boxing from basic as **** sword and shield? Wilder's version has existed since 520 BC and points boxing since 1790 AD. You have no excuse for your inability to tell the difference.

You can't spot **** even after it's stained.

    Holding thumbs for Ortiz.

If Gramps gets a proper breakfast of oats and cinnamon, and has a successful morning constitutional ... I can't see him losing this.

What's a world champion these days? The legendary Brian Nielson won the International Boxing Organization World heavyweight title and made it to 49-0 before losing! He has some Marciano fans very nervous!!!

During the process, Nielson beat Larry Holmes in 1997, Tony Tubbs 1995, Tim Witherspoon 1999, Carlos De Leon, and former Contender Phil Jackson.

Wilder's got a long way to catch him, but I suspect Wilder will be remembered best for his losses.
