So are they saying that matchroom do not allocate tickets to third party sellers..... are Stub Hub not a third party seller?!

He’s essentially an employee of matchroom isn’t he. He no doubt feels a part of it, with partaking in huge PPV fights and commentating for them. ‘We’ is used by people in everyday life when they feel a part of something, like a team, workforce, group etc. No harm in saying we and bosses like hearing it.

 

and there is a good chance he has shares in Matchroom also

 

Especially if that employer has made you a multimillionaire whilst you had to take the previous one to court to get what you were due.

 

I did wonder about this. It would make sense for him to be encouraged to invest in matchroom. Income after boxing and all that.

Deffo Moog, I think it’s been a reciprocal relationship in terms of money making.

 

However in regards to the "third party ticket seller" Stubhub are a third party and they clearly have links on matchrooms site to purchase tickets for their events. So Hearn is flat out lying.

 

Yeah absolutely. I think though underrated and talented Bellew was not someone people would have earmarked as one who would have made millions from the sport as let's face it very very few secure their financial future doing it.

 

Granted I only watched the end of that vid, but that's the least cool and collected Eddie has ever looked.

Before consumers just had to add 2 and 2 together to see that Stubhub are completely ripping them off. With the new rules they won't even have to do that. They'll log into Stubhub for Matchroom (and other) events and the original ticket price will be shown alongside with the Stubhub scum rip-off price.

It's getting harder and harder for Eddie to justify the bag of swag (sponsorship money) that Stubhub drop off for him each month..

 

It’s recorded and there is documented proof what stub hub does with the tickets, and how they work.

I am afraid the party is over once the legal action runs its course.
