Hear a lot of hype about both UK boxers

    Both been KOing bums...

    When will they step up?

    Are they the real deal???

Would be nice for a step up

Maybe a guy like Porky Medina for Yarde

At HW maybe a guy like Domimic Brezale?

    Both hypejobs

They KO bums, because that's the only thing they'll ever be good at

When they step up, they get laid out

    No, they're not

Wouldn't it be nice? Ain't gonna happen any time soon though

Porky is shot I'd prefer a legit LHW, like Edwin Rodriguez or..... Joe Smith Jr.:D

Breazeale violently KO's him, bring it on!

Both Medina and Brazil would be too much. Dubois is 20 and Yard has had very little amateur experience. Be patient

Dubois is 20 and hasn’t even been pro for a year.

    Still he’s fought 7 times.

Were they the greatest opponents? No.

Generally what I feel like I’m hearing is they’re waiting until he’s 21 so he can fight for one of the more important regional belts (don’t remember which), as the minimum age is 21.

No rush with Dubois to be fair, he is very young and he has only been a pro for around a year now.

Yarde on the other hand...well he needs to step up big time, however he probably wont step up until Warren is ready to cash out.

Yeah doesn't deserve a rough time for his opposition yet, he's been moved fine. Although his last opponent was absolutely WOEFUL.

This. Dubois needs at least 8-10 more fights before jumping in with top competition.

While Yarde with 15 fights under his belts needs to step it up this year.

It's the old story of risk and reward, but you have to pay the bucks to get solid journeyman.

Dubois is young enough to be pretty good IMO and i'm happy to stick my neck out and say it. I've seen him in the gym and he does look very impressive for his age. He looks a real specimen.

The knocking down AJ story has got him too much hype for this stage of his career though and the danger is he's not being brought on properly. Anyone time will tell and he seems to be a nice bloke from what i've seen/know of him so I wish him well.

Yarde however I think you're entirely right about.

They're both inexperienced prospects so it will be a little while yet before they step up. I don't have much hope for Yards tbh, especially in that division. Dubois on the other hand looks like he may have real potential imo.
