Who would you rate as the better of the two?

Kostya. Better resume, more rounded skillset.

Kostya was more gifted and a better fighter overall than Michelczewski in my opinion.

Better hand speed, harder puncher and a better all round boxer.

Hm, does this mean Roy jones Jr. lhw resume is also worse than Tszyu's? DM's and RJJ's are pretty much the same there.

I think KT was the better boxer, DM the better fighter. Resume's are roughly comparable.Same class overall.

DM hard to judge as he fought all his fights in Germany and never really
in his prime fought out of his comfort zone. Fighting Roy Jones Jr would
have answered a lot of questions. Too bad DM chased money instead of
legacy he could maybe have achieved greatness.
Tszyu on the basis on fighting out of his comfort zone and higher calibre
    of opposition.

DM didn’t get stopped by a fringe contender and fail to avenge it.

Not really considering who DM did fight. You might lose more when you fight better people and not in your comfort zone or hometown cooking.

Vince Phillips was not better than guys DM was fighting. Please don’t list the guys Zoo fought. I know who they were.

That Michalczewski sure had one heckuva championship run. People forgot how many title fights he had before the Hill bout took place.

Tszyu's resume is pretty overrated. You'd struggle to explain how it's so much better than DM's.
