I'm not saying knocked out, but do y'all think he'll get knocked down by King Kong at least once? Wilder hasn't been dropped for 8 years. He's shown in the past he has recovery abilities after getting dropped by Nichols and Sconiers and came back to win the fights.

No I don’t, but I do think he will lose regardless.

If he does he's likely getting knocked out, since he'll have been strafed by a left hand counter, and Luis won't let him off the hook. I can see him staying on the outside and playing it safe though.

Wilder has never come close to tasting the canvas in a championship fight. He's hardly a Glassamir Klinchko :bandit::bandit:

i can visualise a few ways it will happen

wilder will over commit on a lead right hand / ortiz will read it / take a short step back and as wilder rigt sails past and wilders momentum takes his head forward with it ortiz steps in and fires a straight left

anything that connects will knock wilder down.

might not be that great a punch its just wilder leaves himself out of posiition and his legs not under him.

a more dangerous knockdown would be if wilder allows ortiz to back him onto the ropes / instead of adopting a guard against incoming wilder uses his height to lean back and avoid punches.

ortiz is more likely to step in and land a flush down the pipe left hand if h gets caught on the ropes backing up in this fight.

must not do it as that will hurt him.

i think wilder will be safe from lead rights /ortiz own lead right is telegraphed and punching up lacks power and speed,

third is uppercuts / although wilder should tie up when he thros a punch and misses to negate ortiz infighting skills and uppercuts of both wings.

outside chance of a body shot /but its rare at heavy.

i think the first scenario will happen / just a flash knockdown wilder wont be hurt by it

second scenario dangerous for wilder that will take it out of him.

Chalk that down to bad footing. You can't even knock this guy down when he's off balance. That shot could have knocked out Glassimir , lets he honest about it. Wilder chin is cut from steel

The only thing that keeps Wilder hitting the deck is the quality of fighters he has faced. And the fact he is protected..I hope money don't count in this one.
