    Luis Ortiz has just been measured before the Wilder fight, and it turns out that Ortiz is not 6'4 with a 84inch reach, but is actually 6'3 with a 76 inch reach.

    Happens a lot in sports, for ex. good ole Charles Barkley was always listed at 6'6 but he really was 6'4. Its probably a mental thing...

    Good to know though. I always like hearing verified and official heights for these guys. Wish they did this more often.

    It's pretty obvious he didn't have an 84" reach, that's 7'0.

    I actually thought it was weird too. I wonder is Vitali's reach is longer than 79 inches.

    James Toney was measured 5'11" 1/2 when he fought Michael Nunn
    and 5'9" when he fought John Ruiz. Mike Tyson I swear
    is eye to eye with me and I'm 5'10". Saw Arnold Schwar.
    before and he's barely a shade taller than me.

    All celebrities/athletes etc.... exaggerate heights.

    saw ortiz weigh in v dave allen and allen was taller than ortiz and allen is listed as 6.3.

    wlad klitchko in weigh ins must have wore high heels or something he was always 3 inches taller than he actually was at fight time

    parker also looks about 6.3 compared to joshua although footwear can play a part.

    Yeah it was clear that he wasn't 6ft 4 when he stood next to Malik Scott and Dave Allen. He was a good bit shorter than Scott and similar in height to Allen who is said to be 6ft 3.

    I've seen Mike measured as tall as 5'11" 1/2 before,
    albeit in the early days.
