Wilder discusses multiple topics often debated and discussed in the classic forum. Including:
    - PEDs and substances
    - nutrition
    - Size
    - Weights for heavyweights, and size of past heavyweights

    Enjoy!

Wilder is a bit of a throwback in some ways.

A sort of latter day Fred Fulton.

Wilder is only going to get better once he gets back down to 201 pounds. Imagine this guy at 190 !like Ali's Olympic days? Only IF he could make that weight..IF.

Pepsi has carbs and sugars to replenish all the nutrients lost.Way better than protein shakes, guy is a throw back and knows his stuff for sure.

Does he discuss how past heavyweights actually fought opponents with pulses?

According to BMI, 214lb and 201cm is on the upper! end of the normal range (BMI: 24) Heavyweight boxers just tend to have higher BMIs in general.

    214!

And Louis weighed less when he lifted Carnera off the ring with ease.

There’s no such thing as a “robust” bone short of pituitary tumors and guys who slam growth hormone.

Wilder can't afford to be heavy; he's got 18" legs. If he's clean, he's an Ernie Terell type with a punch, but not with Terell's durability.
