I'm saying it now, Wilder is the hardest hitting HW of all time.

Well he has good power, but he still needs to step up to the Fury or Joshua level to really find out how good he really is.

I believe Wilder would have finished Wlad quicker and more devastating than Joshua.

Tyson isnt classified as a SHW in terms of height and weight compared to the giants in the last decade or so,so you are finally giving his his dues for the ATG that he is?

I don't know. Vlad might have also busted up Wilder with his jab and not had to throw many punches to give Wilder the chance to counter.

Don't get me wrong the kid hit's hard but putting his name in the same sentence with Big George it's too soon ..

Foreman knocked out an undefeated HW champion with a single punch at age of 45 lmao !

First of all let's see if he can put Joshua's ass on the canvas.

True, but if he wasn't "sloppy," he wouldn't be creating the opportunities to finish in such manner.

Boxing technique is a tool used to beat your opponent in boxing. However, if you can just keep them still by putting your left hand on their head, and slapping em with your chopping right that goes through their guard and hurts them, why work over time? Strength, mechanics, and power are severely underrated in comparison to textbook boxing technique.

Don't count out guys like John L who could probably do similar things.

Yeah, I personally haven't seen anyone with a harder single punch than Wilder's right. He has very few other tools and his "left hook" is laughable, but that right is truly devastating.

I think the difference between Joshua and Wilder’s power is marginal at best. The impact of Wilder’s punches just look more spectacular to the eye because it’s looks like he’s swinging from the hills every time he tries to take someone out with them.

Maybe so but "finisher" is the word that stands out, he does the job.

In terms of height and reach he is a SHW, though. He has that special body type, like Hearns and Bob Foster to a certain extent, that generates ridiculous power. But he also seems strong, actually. He threw Ortiz to the gorund at one point, even though Ortiz had 30 lbs on him and is much sturdier built.

Wilder is an outlier in several aspects.

"Ortiz is a tank" ortiz is a 6'4 guy at 240 pounds with overweight... He is a fat guy i bet that he could make 220 pounds being in perfect shape.
It is funny like some guys are so excited just after they watched a fight like a child after watching an action film. Pathetic.
What happened here is simple like wilder had a lot of problems and nearly got stopped by a mediocre fat guy that would not have been anything better than a sparring heavybag in the 70s and 90s
