Watched the Josh Taylor fight and recorded the Brook fight as it was meaningless watching a has been fighting v pony.

Was very impressed with Josh Taylor again tonight.

Best britush prospect by a mile onky guy stay clear of is garcia at world level. Tbh. A would try to get fight with burns or crolla next would beat both handy makes profile even bigger and gets good name on his record and still steady progress

Decent card as a whole with the main event being a disappointment.

Hopefully someone will step up to fight Taylor as it looks like he's fast becoming top of the one to avoid list.

Crolla next is a good shout, if the monies right I think he could be tempted.

    Easton v Foot
Great fight -- lots of guts from Easton. Great ko win for Foot. Right in the mix now!

    Flynn v Collins
Flynn was winning easy then there was a bad head clash and cuts so no contest AGAIN. Frustrating for Flynn -- hope he has a step-up fight next.

    Trotter v Kerr
Heard good things about Trotter but Kerr dominated and won in the third.

Taylor could only beat what was in front of him but the main event plus undercard made for a poor show apart from Easton v Foot.

    post fight interview was funny
Taylor: Fight I would love the most has to be Garcia....
McGuigan Snr : Emmm i think Garcia is moving down, were defo looking to go down the IBF route... (i think it was the IBF)

Great to see Taylor wanting to take on the best Barry had no intentions of him going anywhere near Garcia though !

However its great to have a fellow Scot almost certain to be a world champ.

Fighting crolla is going backwards tbh..and I doubt crolla or his team would even consider it as its a guaranteed whooping. I'd be disappointed if it's not someone in the top 10 of the wbc or ibf he's got the momentum and these are the fights he needs next imo.

Burns and Crolla are just money fights. Taylor doesn’t need them because he’s going right to the top and there’s going to be plenty of them along the way!

Fighting either Burns or Crolla gets Taylor on Sky and opens up a much bigger demographic than he currently has, gets him a career high payday also. Fighting one of them would make sense before a title fight. Gets him familiar with big fight buzz, big crowd etc. Gets him well paid both will give him rounds also i think. To me either is a very sensible fight

I’m not so sure Cyclone would allow it on sky.

If they "allowed" Frampton v Quigg they will allow this money talks and there is more of it on Sky

PPV is a different kettle of fish. I don’t think Crolla or Burns are PPV fighters and Taylor isn’t at the minute.

so why didnt they just do their own PPV... its cos sky have the money. Even without PPV it would be Taylors biggest payday by a country mile.

Cyclone Promotions need the money, as much of it as quickly as possible they have lost their prize fighter and have a big court case coming up.
