While its not a good look, he undoubtedly deserves the benefit of the doubt. He is a clean fighter in the ring, he has passed every test he has ever taken, and "the values are within the range expected from meat contamination", according to Daniel Eichner, director of the lab that tested Canelo.

Obviously the haters will run with this failed test and receive some sort of comfort from this, but ultimately real fans will give Canelo the benfot of the dount and the opportunity to prove his professionalism.
