Well, you're just guessing and actually have no idea why he only tested positive just now.

Obviously he had low traces in his system which pretty much points to accidental ingestion.

Clenbuterol can be used to help lose weight but it is commonly is being used in conjunction with other substances to promote the growth of skeletal muscle which is the anabolic effects and also to reduce body fat.

A lot of athletes use clenbuterol. Some studies have shown that using a stimulant like clenbuterol has the 'anabolic effect' of increasing muscle mass and body weight by enhancing muscle protein synthesis in the human body to increase strength and/or power.

Typically Erik isn’t referred to as a drug cheat unless you the conversation is around boxers who are considered “cheaters”. His name is always mentioned.

Shane Mosley doesn’t have many nick names like Roid Jones or Clenelo or others I’ve heard. I think it was just easy to inset “Roid” for Roy so people went along with it.

Canelo’s situation is fresh so there is a lot of heat directed at him right now. Morales was under the same scrutiny back in 2012-2013. But that was at the very end of his career, not at the peak of it like it is for Alvarez.

The reason why people are so adverse to accepting the meat contamination excuse is due to the fact that athletes looking for an edge gravitate towards clen in the unlikely situation that if they are caught with it in their system, they have a built in excuse that can create enough doubt to never be proven guilty. But it also never allows for them to be proven innocent as well. There’s always a question mark....even for Morales or the dozens of other athletes who have been caught with this illegal substance in their system

Good thing you're just a hater and a troll on a boxing forum. I'll wait for all the facts to come out.

For now the director of the drug testing lab has made an official statement stating that the "values found are consistent with contaminated meat."

I'm inclined to go with what the professional from the drug aganecy that tested him says over an internet troll who "clearly" is rejoiced at hearing that Canelo failed a test.

Do you know if there is a way to know which meat is contaminated or not?

LOL, just think if this was the other guy testing positive. You think there would be "wait for the facts to come out". Hell no.

Always have a supplement or tainted meat on hand to blame when you get popped.

    PEDs 101, folks

Based on what? Most Canelo fans here at least are extremely reasonable and far less bias. In fact it is rare that I see a Canelo fan making constant derogatory comments about GGG.

Dude you are so full of ****. You ain't no average Canelo fan. You are a fanatic. EVERYONE here knows it. If this was GGG who tested positive I think your keyboard would melt from the thread and post you'd be making about how he is a scum.

You also seem to lump people who don't agree with you as either a Canelo hater or a GGG fanboy. You are as bias as they come on here. So don't give us this Canelo fans are reasonable and unbias. You are just making more of a fool out of yourself. If this benefit of the doubt thread wasn't already making a fool out of you. Your past thread about other boxers testing positive has made any of your point moot.

If history is any indication, if the shoe was on the other foot, I think there is reason to believe that there would be a more "wait for the facts to come out" reaction. I mean look at how each fanbase reacted to the first fight. One fanbase boos Canelo in the post fight interview, screams robbery, alleges conspiracies, while the other side behaves in a more rational logical manner. Surely after the histrionics coming out of the first fight, we'd expect the Golovkin fanbase to react and jump to conclusions more aggressively to something sensational like this than if it were the other way around.
