Where exactly is he getting the 14 times higher part? I haven't seen any statement that said how much Clen they found in Canelo's body anywhere.

Fwiw-and this may not necessarily be related to Clenelo- theirs a theory that Contador was specifically targeted by the cycling PTB. The amount of Clen was so small that there is only one WADA lab in the world that could detect it and that just happened to be the lab that the sample was sent. Their was also some speculation that plasticizers were detected in his blood sample which may have indicated he had transfused his own previously withdrawn blood. The trace amount of Clen in his system was statistically zero and could not yield any benefit, however, clenbuterol is a drug that has a zero tolerance in sports. There’s no TUE for it. Any amount whatsoever and you are guilty of doping. Alberto went with the tainted beef excuse, but there was an outrage over that due to the fact that Spain has very high standards and the chance of getting tainted beef was even smaller than the amount of Clen in his system. Alberto is / was one of the greatest grand tour riders in history. Coming from Spain, which has a notorious reputation for covering its dopers, and winning all 3 grand tours with such panache like he did, and pissing off and upstaging Lance Armstrong may have finally irked the wrong people.
