Brook: I would destroy Spence in a rematch

Brook won the first half of the fight and did seem to gas badly , think Spence would win again but it's a good fight and i don't see why people are dismissing it or Brook.

 

I think Spence would be good to get to 154, he looks an even bigger Welterweight than Brook did. I am a Brook fan, would love to see them go again but i saw what i saw in the 1st fight and that was Spence coming up against something different and he got to grips with it and broke Brook down. Brook stopped the fight at the right time but he was still clearly going to lose.

 

Being less drained could help him perform better overall which means he could get hit less and/or hurt and stop Spence before Spence can damage his eyes.

Also since the Spence fight he has had surgery on the eye which was damaged in the that fight. It may be less susceptible to damage now.

Kell could be better at 154, so could Spence though. Spence is probably still improving/peaking. Very interesting fight imo.

 

Getting beat up isn't good for the gas tank

 

He was winning, Spence was turning up the heat and he was down on all three scorecards too

 

What Brook doesnt seem to realise is Spence was off for 9 months before that fight, he must have struggled to keep his weight down, if they fought now Spence would come into the ring a champion, active and more confident than ever.

Brook looking for the complete set. Face broken at 147 & 160, lets go for 154. Spence is just the man to do it.

 

It's just part of a fighter's mentality. There obviously is a reason why everyone loses. A fighter has to believe that he can fix whatever the problem was and win in future. If you don't believe in yourself, you may as well retire.

Brook is a broken fighter. Both of his orbital bones were smashed. Taking the punches he did from Golovkin took something out of him too. It's not like he got beaten on by a welterweight, he was in there with a middleweight who hits like a light heavyweight or better. He's probably not mentally the same after two knockout losses.

Brook will be lucky to win a alphabet title in any other division.

 

He has a chance against Liam smith vs Sadam Ali winner.

 

Kell woud win on points. Skill vs Skill Brook wins this battle. Power wise i think he is the more heavy handed. Brook for me.
