Ali TKO's Wlad in about 10-12 rounds. Could end sooner if Wlad dared to get aggressive. But, that is an unlikely scenario for the cautious and methodical Wlad.
Ali beats wlad to the center, works his flicker jab while circling, eases of and does some posturing to give Wlad an opening and when Wlad takes it Ali pivots and hits him hard with a short power shot. Fight over. Wlad used amatuer techniques. I'm fairly certain Manny even spoke about it. It's not advanced techniques Wlad uses it's an advanced level of performing a basic techniques Wlad does. Ali used advanced techniques at and advanced level. I don't think Wlad's size advantage works in his favor. Of the two of them Ali would be the superior manipulator of space. He'd work Wlad's size against him, stretch him out and hurt him.
Wlad was a mental midget. Ali would have had him beat before the fight even started. If we're talking the 64-67 Ali, I don't even think it goes late. Ali was a bigger puncher than anyone gives him credit for, and Wlad's chin was almost as weak as his mind. Ali TKO 6.
I'll take Wlad on points. Superbly technical, with an ATG jab. He's got the size and he's got the power. Ali has the speed and footwork, but he's going to have to try and get in on Wlad, something that never worked well. I think Ali might do well initially but he's not going to do well the whole night long ... sooner or later he's going to slow and start hugging. Except for this time he's against the greatest hugger in history and that's doom for him. Ali doesn't have the power to worry Wlad.

Ali wins by stoppage. Ali between 64/67 would pick Wlad apart and there would be no clowning like he did against Cooper. He would take Wlad very seriously. I think Wlad would struggle too much with the quick movement.
I agree with the guy above. Ali wouldn't mess around here , he'd be all business. He'd be in and out so fast, by the fourth round Wald s face is red raw .It won't be completely one sided but its obvious who's in charge. I'll go with Ali stopping wlad a little later , round 11 and he goes in for the kill .
