Will you boycott GGG - Canelo II?

Since the controversy with Canelo, his situation with handwraps and positive testing and lack of any action from the governing bodies. Will you skip paying for the ppv and watch it later?

 

Most definitely, I'm not even watching the fight, and ill be paying to watch both Browne and Povetkin fight at the end of the month in protest of corruption in boxing.

 

If you were to boycott fights for people juicing then you may aswell boycott all fights.

Err I would love to say yes, slaughter the lot of them and stick two fingers up at the event.


But let's be honest here, curiosity and excitement will get the better of me, I know it will, also I want to see GGG give Cownelo a slap.

I want to see what happens in the couple of hours before the fight with hand wraps and all that, it could get interesting if Cownelo isn't allowed to wrap his hands the way he likes.

There could be arguments and fights backstage and I love all that, it adds something in my opinion, gets me a little hyper.

I’m sure we’ve al seen corruption in boxing at this point and we still watch it. Can’t see this changing for me personally

 

It's like in football(soccer), when Liverpool FC owners wanted to increase the ticket prices, the fans decided to walk out of the stadium in the next match at 77 minutes (£77 was the rumoured price). Then every fan started protestintg and after 5 days the owners cancelled the plans to increase the prices and got respect off the fans for doing so. If enough people stary boycotting big boxing events, the corruption will eventually stop or be minimalised

 

I’d say football is a bit different because u support 1 team. I don’t really “support” one boxer I follow as much as I can.
Ultimately it’s too big a fight for people to not go, and then this extra hate on Canelo will make a few extra watch just for the hope of him losing etc..

 

No and the majority will say NO once the fight draws near. If there's any serious issue whatsoever, Golovkin and his team won't go on with the fight. They can still make a lot of money fighting others.
