Better than Junior Fa, for sure. Better than Yoka, not sure. Yoka might out box a guy Ruslan Myrsatayev might not. If there are grade A, B, C, and D amateur prospects truing professional I'd put Ruslan in the B range. Maybe good enough to be a top 15-30 guy, capable of pulling off an upset over someone in the top ten. We'll see.
