Wasn’t he supposed to fight Beterbiev?

    ...who, Browne? Kov's bigger payday.

Easy win for Krusher. Bivol is the only one who beats KOvalev
at 175 at the moment. Within a year, i'll add the nail and beterbiev
to that list. Browne is garbage who lost to hot rod but got a gift.
He poses no threat to KOvalev, so Sergeys stamina issues won't matter.
KOv knocks him out in 3-4 rds tops.

You think Beterbiev is going to get that much better or Kovalev is declining that rapidly?

Kovalev declining that rapidly. Actually within a year i'd pick the nail to
defeat beterbiev. The uke is the sleeper at 175 i'm telling you.

Gvozdyk knocks Beterbiev into the 15th row at this very moment.

Superior timing & chin >>>> superior power.

I believe at this point Browne is rather a potential opponent. With another one being Joe Smith Jr.

I don't think Gvozdyk's chin is better but he's faster and rangier
but he's not fully developed yet IMO. I'm seeing a Bivol vs Gvozdyk
linear clash in late 2019. Kov and beterbiev will have been vanguished
by then. The 3 russians and 1 ukrainian rule this division right now and
nobody else can do shite about it.

Smith Jr. has good power but limited skills for these fighters
with such pedigree and punching power. Browne will get knocked out
by any of the russians. Joe could keep things interesting.

Browne would beat the hell out of a so-so clubfighter like Smith. His best win is over a FIFTY-TWO year old.

As I've said Before Beterbiev is the best LHWT in the world until the end of 2019. Hopefully he handles his legal business before then.

Glad to see Krusher back at it often again. Pre-Ward he was fighting every few months.

He’s looked pretty spectacular (granted, against meh opponents) since he switched trainers and I may try to make this one in NY if he fights here again.

Kovalev will beat SOB will neutral judges, referee, boxing commission, there should be a rubber match ordered in neutral territory or better still have the fight in Russia with Russian judges, referee and boxing commission! After all, SOB had all three judges American, referee American, boxing commission American and Bob Bennett his cheer leader! Let's make it fair, even it up, what's the difference? At least have judges from all over, like Russia, Switzerland, one from Canada, Pabon would be the referee. If Pabon would have been the referee for Kovalev, SOB, then SOB would have been disqualified!
