The problem is, as Canelo failed two tests over the course of three days, the burden of proof ought to be on him really. And not failing a test prior to that doesn't exonerate you. Everyone passes tests until they fail. Were he part of the 365 program I'd say that might hold more leverage. Sure enough, we don't KNOW if he was juicing; that cannot be proven. But he did fail a test. And unless he can specifically prove that was down to meat then he has to be treated as anyone else would be for failing a test
