    Ok its poll time
    Who you picking?
I got Linares for the upset
Linares is the bigger man here
    He's a tall 5'8 with a 69 inch reach
    Loma is a smallish 5 ft 7 with a 65 inch reach

Linares is the bigger, stronger man. I can see him keeping Loma on the outside
Wasnt very long ago that Loma was fighting at 126
135 is a BIG jump here. I think Loma is biting off more than he can chew

Linares hasnt lost since 2012, hes on a 13 fight win streak here
Linares puts a sudden stop to the Loma train. Linares too big too strong

I think this just goes to a decision win to Loma.

Linares has a dodgy chin, but Lomachenko won't put a dent to it, he was never a puncher and certainly won't be at 135.

I do like Linares though, he is top quality at 135, but I think Loma will cruise and beat him.

    Loma's good, can't deny.

    Ok, it's decision making time
    I got Loma
Via Linares always losing every time he fights an Elite A1 fighter.

Linares is the bigger man and has flashy bedazzling combos.

    I got Loma UD 10-2, 9-3, 8-4

Yeah it's probably gonna be of the 117-111 type scorecard, Linares is good enough to take 3 rounds, MAYBE 4.

Loma is too world class for him, but at least Linares won't get stopped here.

I'm a big fan of Loma and think he's must watch boxing
I just think hes too small for the bigger Linares who is in his prime

Linares punches get a little wide in latter part of his fights and that might be his undoing. I think that at the outset, he will be too hard to handle for Loma.

Linares has the skill and experience to give Loma a good fight. The only problem Linares has is he cuts easily and has a weak chin.

the stoppage loss against thompson was very controversial

Love them both, I think it'll be a lot more competitive than most think it'll be, Loma won't take any unneeded risks, and play it safe similar to how he fought GRJ, since Linares is bigger and stronger and has more punching power than anyone he's faced to date, including Walters, and Loma will end up taking it 115-113 or 116-112, although a late TKO victory isn't out of the question, but one thing for sure, Jorge's going out on his shield, he won't quit.

Where are you guys seeing this strength advantage for Linares? He is an inch taller and has been campaigning 5 lbs heavier but has a frame similar to Lomachenko if not slightly smaller in bone structure and density, Lomachenko's musculature is also denser, lending to a more solid arrangement of muscle bundles while Linares muscles seem to hold a higher % of water although from a physiological standpoint this is nard to quantify.

i know......I am babbling but in short: loma is actually stronger than Linares through every form of metabolic pathway in which strength is expressed.

Tough fight but anybody who underestimates a fighter like Linares doesn't know what they're talking about. This will be the biggest of Lomas career and will not be an easy task for sure.
