This is actually wrong- Lance tested positive for cortisone early in his comeback from cancer, but he was given a back dated TUE and the whole thing was swept under the rug. The narrative of a cancer survivor coming back and winning the Tour de France was far too valuable to be brought down by a failed test.

 

Well Mayweather was also rumored to have failed drug tests for three consecutive fights but was granted retroactive TUEs by USADA. SMRTL was contracted by VADA
Canelo tested negative for all his tests leading up to the two positive findings
Canelo tested positive for two tests within 2 days of each other
Canelo has tested positive for all his tests thereafter
SMRTL director stated the findings were consistent with contaminated meat
Francisco Vargas who is not an industry super star fighting in a prestigious weight class was cleared to fight after testing positive after having consumed tainted meat
GGG and team do not't feel the need to postpone the fight

 

What's your point? That you're making assumptions? That he is using saline? That he was using clenbeturol before? Those are assumptions and opinions.

None of what I said is an assumption.
It is facts:

He tested negative in every test since he started training camp except for the two which were a couple days apart, and has since tested negative in his three tests after.
The SMRTL Director stated that the findings were consistent with contaminated meat consumption.
SMRTL is WADA accredited and contracted by VADA.

Opinion:

If the director was wrong, lying, or out of line WADA would pull the labs credentials, and VADA would set the record straight. Too much at stake for either agency to brush any wrong doing under the table, especially for a contracted company.
