I’m not sure how much influence Golden Boy has but I’m sure there are pretty strong relationships established between Oscar and NSAC over the years as a prize fighter and now as a promoter.

If it was GGG under the microscope due to a failed drug test the fight would still go on. The only difference would be the criticism would be coming from Alvarez supporters.
