I don't see anything stopping Stipe from reigning for the next few years.

 

He'll probably be top 10 until he's 45. You just need a pulse to be ranked top 10 today.

 

Also Werdum with the terrible cardio as usual and Volkov just fighting smart fight

I'm gutted that a top BJJ specialist looks to be on his way out now.

But I am excited about new faces being at the top of the division.

Volkov and Blaydes are both good talents and represent a changing of the guard. I'd love to see Minakov over as well as his resume just took a huge boost.

Stipe, Francis, Volkov and Blaydes are a decent top 4, but I guess we won't really be happy until they can have a decent top ten. Realistically people like Arlovski, Werdum, Hunt and Reem should be in the 16-20 range at their age but there aren't enough people to rank above them.

 

Yeah I agree and Minakov would be a challenger to the top guys straight away if he comes to the UFC who badly need new talent and contenders at heavy and light-heavyweight.
Tai Tuivasa is a guy I think has potential but we know for sure until he gets challenged which Arlovski should do at UFC225, I think it's a nice step up in competiton for him even though Arlovski obviously isn't in his prime.
