Surely he won the WBQ or the NABZ or something or another along the way?

Nope, believe it or not Joe's high-water mark in terms of tangible decorations was just the New York state, US, and North American title (both of the latter the WBC versions).

Being undefeated just tells me you never challenged yourself. I dont put much stock in undefeated records. An undefeated record in boxing is like having a 12 inch wang but youre impotent. Looks great but doesnt do much.

Yeah in all seriousness he was among the bigger What Ifs of his generation. Maybe among the biggest of the last 2 decades, right up behind Dmitry Pirog (but ahead of the ridiculously over-hyped Edwin Valero), probably on par with, say, Alexander Frenkel.

So what you're saying is you think Perugino had a larger phallus than Joe and Rocky because they overcompensated more? (twice as hard, actually)

    Interesting.

IB Funfact: Mesi and Perugino both had their careers ended by brain bleeds caused in the ring. (albeit more gradually in the former's case, while the latter lapsed into a coma not long after his final fight)

Okay so by "fun" really I meant "awfully morbid and sobering reminder yet again of the price of being fans of a bloodsport". :xqw

i stand by what i said,it was accurate to the letter.A man who struggled with one unified title defence shouldnt be compared to a man who cruised through many. they are leagues apart.

if you want to prove you arent trolling, disprove what i said.

    go.

Joe calzaghe is italian. In our culture if your father is italian then you are italian. He carries the surname and always had italian flag on his trunks or mouth piece.

Did you know such a thing as an "italian" doesn't exist? There are around 10 different ethnic groups living In Italy. North, central, south, sicilian, sardinian are all very different.
