The Arguello of Nov 2 1982 I believe beats everyone listed above.
    Duran excluded.
    Bradley?? Come on
Comparing Postal to Arguello?? Come on.
The Arguello of that night beats everyone and would have beaten Pryor if he wasn't pumped up with some form of drugs

Mamby had a tricky style, good movement, a sharp right hand, sound defense, and a chin made out of titanium. I think he gives Arguello bags of trouble.

Bumphus and Curry get starched, I think.

Barney Ross was a legit Jr. Welter titlist, and fought in low 140's as WW champion. Carlos Ortiz who moved DOWN from 140 Champ to be a legend at Ltweight. Plus Henry Armstrong could have made 140 lbs. So many great matchups for Alexis.

Whitaker, Mayweather, Chavez, Ross and Cervantes all have a fair chance IMO.

I highly doubt it, Chavez was as close to unknockoutable as anyone's ever been in his prime.

You might be right. I would pick Duran to beat him, but you said 'since November 1982,' and Duran was up at light-middle by then. Of those who remain, I would give only Whitaker a decent chance. And a small chance to Mayweather, too.

... Oh, and also Chavez may have a fair chance, although I'd be picking Arguello.

ChaveZ never ever fought a guy with the power of duran at 135 so what you are saying makes no sense

Edwin Rosario hit harder than Duran. He's at the top of the discussion for the most powerful 135 pounder ever.

Yes, from November 12, 1982 to now only. No one before.
