I was shocked he dominated Barrera like that.

somewhere between 6-10. i am not convinced he wins a rematch with either guy, being they both almost had him out themselves.

    Some of the hype here.

Barrera is a black Martin Murray with a lot less fights, he is a solid fringe contender who doesn't do any one thing all that well. He is a Cuban amateur who didn't do anything above juniors, has been dropped in his last 5 fights, and has fought 24 championship rounds against a guy moving up, and a guy with 13 fights, and arguably, lost all 24.

And, oh yeah, he has a lot of lines on his face for a 36-year old. He's a good fighter, good enough to beat journeyman and other fringe contenders, but not a legit contender.

Bivol is getting plenty of credit probably too much, truth be told. He did look great in with a known commodity though so who knows?

    Kovalev
    Stevenson
    Gvozdyk
    Beterbiev
    Bivol
    Alvarez
    Jack

    and of course Anthony Yarde.

Calling Barrera the second best light heavyweight, is laughable. Bivol gets plenty of credit for beating a more refined version of Barrera, more impressively than Ward did. Don't call Barrera the second best light heavy though. That's the bull**** that Golovkin fans did with David Lemieux and Curtis Stevens. Vastly over rating them to try and give Golovkin props. Barrera is a top 10 guy. Number 2? Not even close. It's a good win for Bivol, and he's ready for the top tier now, where Kovalev awaits.

Bivol beat Barrera much more impressively than SOB Ward did.................

I want to see a rubber fight, Kovalev Vs. Ward in Russia, with Russian judges, referee, boxing commission, since SOB was allowed to have all his personal officials in corrupt Vegas, that is only fair. However, I would settle for a neutral venue, with neutral referee, such as Pabon, neutral judges and referee.................Kovalev would beat SOB, SOB has to cheat to win, his only way.................punches to the testicles, Pabon would not allow that............

Personally I think Alvarez is overrated and once he steps in with one of the top dogs of the division he will be well beaten. Him vs Barrera would be a 50-50 fight.

Don't disagree at all, but as of now, his resume is better than Barrera's.

True, and Storm would be the best win Barrera had to date, while Barrera would be Storm's 3rd biggest scalp.

When will Alvarez fight again? I am not impressed with him at all, Kovalev, Bivol, Beterbiev, Gvozdyk would all beat him, they would murder him!
