That's power. Nobody in boxing today besides DLH could stare down a failed test and get away with it besides maybe Floyd Mayweather. Another fighter who did something similar. Though he never actually failed a test, but the IV was about as damning of circumstantial evidence as one can find.

But an actual failed test from Canelo for a banned substance? And Oscar thinks throwing some cash and his name around will make all this go away?

He would have been busted if he was under a legit testing agency. USADA should have called for the CiR test when Fluid's samples came back under a 1:1 T:E ratio suggesting he had spiked his episterone to mask his levels of testosterone. No world level athlete should have a T:E ratio under 1:1, it's impossible. If USADA had run the CiR, Fluid would have been popped, plain as day. And in his case it would have been 3 tests iirc. This is all besides the getting caught red handed taking IVs inside his own home lol.

 

In short they caught the red head red handed but he's a cash cow

 

proof has already been provided by Canelo himself in the form of two failed drug tests case closed.
