Canelo popped for Clenbuterol

There's pre fight hype and then there's this brawl which is starting to spiral out of control.
Looks like GGG has had enough of the A side BS
He's calling out the failed test, the judges, the commission, the double standards taking place.
As a lawyer I am familiar with the rules of defamation. Some of the things he's saying could in fact be actionable in a defamation case, however, TRUTH, is a defense to defamation.

I genuinely believe there is bad blood now between GGG and Canelo. Whereas before there was some mutual respect now its in the trash bin. Should make for some real good face offs coming up. We have never seen an angry trash talking GGG before.

I envision lawsuits flying at some point as team GGG is REALLY putting Canelo on blast.
I'd like nothing more than to see GGG pull out of the fight and go for undisputed at this point. It really is a stacked deck. Wasnt very long ago when Lucas Browne was stripped and suspended for the EXACT same thing as Canelo.

Fighting Canelo comes with too much controversy. Imagine if Canelo was the A side vs Mayweather, he would have won that fight 100 percent and I dont want to hear ANYONE else say he wouldnt have won if he wasnt the A side. It just so happened that Mayweather was a far BIGGER A side than Canelo.

GGG is on notice and knows. If he doesnt KO Canelo or completely dominate him (which is hard to do cuz Canelo is elite in his prime) GGG taking an L and losing his titles.

My vote is GGG says no thanks to Canelo and fights BJS. Let Canelo either drag shot 154 pounders up to 162.5 or whatever catchweight he desires or the Willie Monroes of the world.

You guys don't understand that people not believing he failed the test because of contaminated beef does not make it proof it wasn't.. It's possible apparently, so you not believing him and getting on TV calling him a cheater is definitely defamation.. If GGG prove he cheated and the failed test was not from beef contamination, then the case will get thrown out...

 

Read the rules, Clenbuterol is a no tolerance drug. That means any amount is a ban. It's only in the rare situation when an athlete can prove he had no choice, like traveling to another country etc, not under control. Does Clenelo fit that clause??

You aren't fooling anyone troll. There is no lawsuit and won't be one. Do you even get why? I doubt it...you aren't smart enough. IF they decide to sue 3G, they open up a whole can of worms in which canelo's physical records can be subpoena'd . Along with the onus of proving it was meat. But hey...make another 3G thread.
