    Expected result...but still kind of impressive. Vargas, though undersized and fighting well north of his best weight, is precisely the type of guy who can hang in there for a while. Good on Kingry for not allowing that to happen.

    This was an awesome RBR to do after watching a 2 hour movie. 2 matches, 3 rounds, 2 brutal KO's. Just the way I like it. Short but very sweet.

    The real MVP tonight was E-Boy Gómez, a +250 underdog and my current forerunner as 2018 Comeback Fighter of the Year. Runner-up is definitely Eugene Lagos.

    Kingry did what he was supposed to do, so...meh. He probably exerted more effort combing his pretty boy hair in the locker room than he did in the ring. McKenna had even more of a gimme and thus, while he also got the KO1 result on paper, he gets minimal kudos as well.
