Hearn: Making a big offer for Johnson to fight Yarde on Monday

I hope it happens.

Surprisingly (because I’ve been one of his most vocal critics) I’m gona tip Yarde.

Wouldn’t surprise me if Buglioni is released now though and snapped up by BoxNation and he fights Yarde next.

 

No chance Frank puts Yarde in with a puncher like Johnson. Cannot see anything else apart from a Johnson KO.

Waiting to hear Frank's excuses.

 

I love how in boxing the perceived leverage and
momentum between fighters/ camps can change so quickly over 1 fight.

Look congrats to Johnson, but I knew he was going to beat Buglioni who lets not forget has been iced by a journeyman before, has a terrible defence and a shaky chin. Yarde would have destroyed him in similar or maybe even more brutal fashion.

I would have Yarde breaking Johnson down personally.

By not allowing Frank to get Yarde to Buglioni first and not having to think about how Burton fits in I agree that Eddie can now really use this chance to put pressure on frank if he indeed would allow Johnson to fight with on BT.

It’s going to be interesting how it plays out.

 

Put up or shut up I say.

Frank make an offer. Eddie make an offer. Whichever one is the best for the fighters hosts it. Simple as. Eddie said he doesn’t mind it being on BT so over to you Frank.

Imagine putting your fighter on a sky show and him stealing the show! One hell of a profile boost for Frank and Yarde by his biggest rival.

 

I understand why Frank will want to keep Yarde on BT- extra exposure or not. Even though Johnson has won the British, he’s still not a priority for Hearn and is clearly hard work and unreliable - Eddie can afford to allow him to fight on BT.

Like you say, big pressure is now on frank.

Hearn is full of it, highly unlikely he makes them an offer tomorrow. Also made himself sound an idiot calling BT, who are a bigger company than Sky, 'whatever they are called'.

Great card last night though, better than half his PPVs.

 

This is why Hearn is a brilliant promoter, not even a day after the win and he's already promoting Johnson and putting pressure on Frank to respond.

 

His excuse will be Yarde is at world level on cusp of world title fight he's passed British level why would we want to look back lol

 

When he says this Kugan or whoever should respond with “so when are we likely to see Yarde in with Kovalev?”

 

Yarde and his ghetto posse won't take the fight and come up with a bull**** reason like we accepted and they never came back to us or something aimilar.

 

Don't see it happening but Johnson crushes Yarde!

 

lol johnson is british and commonwealth champion and with one win has surpassed yarde and his trash titles

 

I would be shocked if Yarde took this fight.
