No but Wilder was buzzed by Ortiz and if he was a bit younger, fresher he would have punished him. Whyte could be that guy.

Then why couldn't the same guy that KO'd Allen KO Wilder smarty pants?

Don’t get me wrong, if that fight was made I’d predict Wilder by TKO. But there’s no denying he was in trouble against Ortiz, if he got in the same position I’d expect Whyte to capitalise where Ortiz never had it in him anymore.

Hahaha. This always cracks me up. Ortiz absolutely went in for the kill after he buzzed Wilder. He slowed down the next round, but for that minute he hit Wilder with some flush shots and was trying to get him out of there. Don't know what fantasy world people are living in. If you want to see someone who didn't have it in them anymore watch Wlad/Joshua.

Ortiz is way more skilled than Whyte could've ever dreamt of. He's also definitely a harder hitter (ask David Allen who ate all Whyte's shots and just smiled but was stopped by Ortiz).

Jennings is light years ahead of shot Helenius or shot Browne. I'd say the Tony Thompson from Ortiz fight is also better than these two.

And yes, Jennings is better than Chisora who really could've got a win vs Whyte

Yeasterday's Browne is no better than Bowie Tupou whom Jennings KO'd in 5.

Jennings lost to Wlad 8-4. Can you imagine shot Helenius or Browne lasting 5 rounds vs Wlad? It would be a massacre

Agreed. It is like saying since Chris Arreola knocked out Eric Molina in 1 round and Widler took 9 founds of constant flush punches to stop Molina so that means Chris is a harder puncher than Wilder.

I don’t think Whyte will land a left hook of any consequence on Wilder at any point in what will be a spectacular KO loss. Whyte looked terrible in my eyes, a level below Jerrell Miller at best.

Whyte wouldn't land that hook. Completely different fight. Whyte would be the aggressor and he wouldn't land a single left hook before getting hoed. Easy fight for Wilder.

Why don’t folk just give credit where it’s due instead of having to compare to so and so and downgrade.
Whyte looked great against a sub par PED free Browne,Wilder would most likely be too big, rangey and athletic for Whyte though you’d have to say if he could get inside Whyte would have a great chance.

Yup. IF Wilder fights Whyte, he's taking a canvas nap just like Lucas Browne.
