I decided I will buy the online stream for this. Bit disappointed in the undercard but I have a feeling that Parker has the ATTRIBUTES to spring a surprise here and wouldn’t miss it for the world.

Absolutely buzzing off my tits for Big Pricey.

I hardly ever buy PPV but this is one I'll get. In the back of my mind I keep remembering that Parker is from New Zealand, those guys are winners. They have an in-built mentality that they are the best. But obviously he'll need to KO AJ and I'm not sure he has the power to do that. He'll never get a decision here.

If anyone is must watch it's Price. He's going to get stopped though.

    Parker has no chance.

Anyway... when was the last time Joshua was in a dull fight? Ok the Takam one was probably the worst yet but the broken nose added to the drama of would he get through it and then could he stop Takam? Explosive knockouts are almost guaranteed when AJ fights. This is #1 v #3 heavyweight in the world going at it! When was the last time that happened?

Massive chief support in Povetkin - Price. You’ve just seen what happened when one drugs cheat has a period of cleanliness and inactiv. Let’s see how the other copes. Come on Pricey!!!

Josh Kelly. Great step up for him. First title fight. Fan friendly style. Looking forward to that one.

Ryan Burnett - one of the most underrated fighters on our shores IMO. Fighting his mandatory. Another great fan friendly style.

Cordina/Buatsi - two of the isles finest prospects. Cordina is a title fight I believe.

Crolla in a keep busy fight.

Then Morgan Jones vs one of duco’s guys.

It’s a good card this. You can’t call yourself a boxing fan if you don’t watch this.

Eddie Hearn said that the Duco fighter who will be taking on Jones has been very highly hyped by Higgins so that could be an interesting fight.

I’d have liked to see less one-sided fights on the card. Buatsi, Cordina and Crolla will all be very easy wins.

Haven't paid for a PPV for ages. Still won't.

It's an alright card in fairness, although I have to say I don't look at any of the fights and see any surprising outcomes, so in that sense it isn't fantastic. Price is always fun viewing I guess but if he gets anything other than mauled I'll be shocked.

No interest in the Buatsi fight yet, still not fighting anyone of note. I hope they don't stall his progress too much

You yourself say AJ Parker isn’t a foregone conclusion.

Price Povetkin can go any way IMO.

    Burnett is fighting his mandatory.

Kelly is suspect according to most on here and this is a big step up.

    Cordina in a title fight.

It’s about as good as you’re getting.

I’m looking forward to the event - I’ve got no problem pressing the booking button.

I take particular issue with this statement. There is - at best - **** all from Price's career to suggest he can win this. He's never KO'd anyone remotely decent, ever. He got stopped by Christian Hammer and looked dreadful against Sokolowski. Even at 38 and without PED's, Povetkin's last two wins and performances have been far better than anything Price has done.

Burnett in a mando is fight but the opponent isn't great. But as a card fight, I'm OK with it.

Cordina is in a step up, which he ought to win easily but it's an absolute micky mouse belt on the line, it doesn't need that mentioned at all.

I like Kelly's step up, although Molina is coming off of two straight losses against not great opposition so I don't see any upset chance personally. I can smell a British stoppage in this one which makes for decent odds for you betting types.

Interestingly I think the biggest chance for an upset is the main event, which is kind of nice I guess. I'd be quite shocked at that too but at best it's a good card and at worst it's interesting but predictable.

    Looking forward to the card

AJ vs Parker doesn't need hyping

Price vs Povetkin- I smile every time I see the fight mentioned. I'd be off the sofa if Price pulls it off but lets be honest we all know the outcome. Clever matchmaking from Hearn.

Kelly- Good step up for this stage in his career. At least we know Kelly will eventually fight to a half decent standard so take an interest in his development rather than witnessing Connor Benn going life and death with Journeymen.

Cordina- Another one stepping up. Interesting to see if he is progressing.

Burnett- Fighting his mandatory in a world title fight. Can't grumble.

Crolla- Not bothered. These type of fights shouldn't be on the card.

I'd have preferred to have seen a couple of more competitive match us- even if it a lower level. This is where Hearn still seems to struggle but I'm scraping the barrel for a reason to moan there.

I agree I think it’s reaching to say that Povetkin-Price can go either way. Of course it’s not beyond the realms of possibility but it would be one of the biggest shocks in Heavyweight boxing history.

I'll listen to it on the radio as I've done with every PPV since Mayweather-Pac.
Sorry but £20 for one fight is not worth it, I wouldn't pay even £10 for any one fight card, 10 or at an absolute stretch 15 quid perhaps for 2 legit big fights on one night maybe but I'm taking a stand on this.

I’ll be watching it down my local

I still have a feeling the price vs povetkin fight won’t go ahead

I agree with everything apart from Price - PED enhanced or not, Povetkin will annihilate him. Would love to be wrong but Price will melt quicker then ice in hell even before he gets to the ring.

Haha how come? You think Pricey might pull out? I think he can’t turn down the money tbh. Teper was for the European so it was probably his last substantial pay day at c£100k. Doubt he got that much for Hammer and the rest have just been journeyman.
