The Bruno that faced Lewis in Cardiff meeting Parker instead of AJ ? That Bruno was doing great til Lennox broke through. Would Frank be holding the WBO belt aloft ?
Yes after about two rnds with Parker sparked out on the canvas.Bruno had sparing partners that would beat Parker.
Bruno would destroy Parker . Only the very best beat beat him ! Parker is not in that league no where near
I gotta ask, do really truly believe that an out of shape in need of a c cup bra Witherspoon and not even a quality contender Bonecrusher Smith are part of the "very best" heavys in history? Or even of any time? Surely, you joke?
Parker all day long. The kiwi has a number of advantages and ways to win and my money would be on a late stoppage of a knackered Big Frank.
Spoon and bonecrusher would nail Parker to the canvas! Total mismatch .Think about what your saying ! Parker has fought no one has he !
I've never even laid eyes on the guy. I was just wondering if you really thought those two were among "the very best".
Hard to access this currently, we all have seen the extent of what Bruno can do since he had great opposition that challenged him, Parkers first real test will be in 4 days but up to this point it didn' look like he' been challenged yet. I'd say if Parkers chin holds up against Anthony I'd say it would hold up against Bruno, but this remains to be seen.
Same here. Parker has some whiskers and might be better suited for the later rounds than Bruno. Though I can´t rate Parker yet.
I think its going to be a very tough fight,I'll pay for it and have the boys round.Leaning towards AJ late.
AJ has more skills than Bruno ever had and Parker will fight better against AJ than Lewis did vs Bruno, Frank kept the jab in Lewis`s face but it wasn`t as firm as AJ`s jab, Parker also has a fast jab and would counter jab Bruno`s jab every time he threw it, Bruno also didn`t have AJ`s 83" reach he wouldn`t be able to keep Parker on the outside, Lewis became a great jabber a couple years after Steward started training him and would also have out jabbed Frank in my opinion.
Tyson was on poor form vs Bruno and was knocked out two fights later as was Lewis he went on after a shitty display against Frank to be knocked out by a bum like Oliver McCall, Smith was a lot slower than Parker and didn`t use his jab against Frank the way Parker would, Witherspoon was really flabby looking when he fought Frank and also went on in his next fight to be knocked out by Smith, Bruno`s career is overrated.
We know Bruno could atleast mix it up with the best of the best, even if his record against them isn't that impressive. Parker's unblemished record consists of a KO of a euro level heavyweight, 2 close decisions against top 10/15 contenders and a more comfortable one over another top 10/15 fighter. It's hard to say at this stage because Parker is probably still improving, so I'd take Bruno on a split, Parker by late stoppage would be my back up. Obviously Parker's biggest test is this Saturday and we'll have a better answer to this fight in a few years time.
