Lucas Martín Matthysse vs. Emmanuel Dapidran Pacquiao

I don't want to see either one of them lose this fight, but Matthysse can use the money..................Pac still has the speed, Matthysse is superior to Horn who is a fake, all Horn did was hold, low blows, headbutt, elbow, wrestle, etc., I think Matthysse will fight a real fight, he will go by the rules of boxing and so will Pac. I want to see both win the fight, don't want to see either lose, it's that simple for me..............Pac is fast, can punch, Matthysse has power to spare if he can land his power punches which won't be easy to do against Pac's movement, but Pac can't get careless, if he gets caught with Matthysse's best punch, it will be lights out...................so..................I think Pac will be too fast, could out box Matthysse, but Mathysse has that power.....................Matthysse is not like Lemieux, he can cut off the ring, he is better fighter, will be interesting, but if I were betting, I would bet on Pac.............

 

Horn fights in a completely different manner. He was constantly jumping in and out, switching stances, throwing from off angles.
Lucas is a classic come forward puncher with a few tricks up his sleeve. It will play a lot better into Mannys hands.
And the way Lucas fought last time, you would have to favor Horn over him purely because of styles alone.

Matty drops Pac towards a close, maybe controversial decision.
Pac as we knew him is long gone, and this fight very well might be the final nail in the coffin.

 

Lucas Matthysse is the model of a clean fighter now? Give me a break, a lot of you guys just make it up as you go along and decide which fighters are and aren't allowed to play rough according to your arbitrary feels and predilections.


Additionally (and I will humbly disavow if he ever stays on a knee or a stool with a fight hanging in the balance), Horn's fighting heart is twice the size of Matthysse. If Crawford winds up putting the heavy beats on him, he'll go out on his shield.

Manny is OLD at this weight, I expect him to get beat up and knocked out. At this point Manny is a C+ fighter, Matthysse is around a B but younger and hits harder

 

Manny's still a beast. He dances in and out with his trade mark flurries making Matthysse look clumsy.

Pacman UD decision. Or possible late stoppage due to cuts or swelling.

 

After all these years he still has the fire to compete at this level. I want to see Pac retire but this is inspiring

 

Great fight between two cagey veterans. But id slightly favor Pacquaio because of his speed and angles. Mathysse will definitely have a shot because he can still crack and knows his way around the ring but Pac will beat him to the punch in the exchanges and I think he'll win by stoppage. Better late than never for this one ill say.

Regarding this fight, I don't know. How far gone is the reptile machine? Pac is so far from his prime it's crazy.

It's on so early I'll have to watch it at Denny's having a Moon over My Hammy plate.
