I don't think he is saying that. He is saying GGG hurt himself if the fight is called off.

Lol!! Look at this angry little Floyd fanboy mad that his ****ing cheating hope won’t have the chance to tilt the playing field even more in his favor :D

Your guy had home field advantage again with the judges surely in Oscars pocket AGAIN! And what does Clenelo do... tries to gain another ****ing advantage chemically. Pathetic! Lol And so are those who want us to just turn the other cheek to it.

GGG> Clenelo forever. DEAL WITH IT

Maybe they ought to shoot Golovkin up with the military grade roids they keep in those secret Soviet bunkers. Then he could come in ripped to shreds, and glowing green and steaming from the ears like some sort of post apocalyptic Hulk. But I guess the Clenelo fanboys would start crying if that happened. Only one precious little ginger biscuit is allowed to knock back the chems :copas: and have his own venue with Uncle Oscar's special judges, the three blind mice :cool1::cool1::cool1:. GTFOH.

The first fight was fixed by the two judges with Canelo likely on something. here's the thing. Canelo is such a PPV star, he can offer just about anyone a career pay day. Do you really expect the other camp to speak up and risk that pay day by calling him out on PED's? Most boxers and managers will take the money.

GGG camp feels cheated, and is pressing the PED issue, putting a big pay day at risk.

In 2016, the NSAC rewrote their rules on doping. The new rules state that,
"It is the duty of each unarmed combatant to ensure that no prohibited substance enters his or her body, and an unarmed combatant is responsible for the presence of any prohibited --11-- Adopted Regulation R062-16 substance or its metabolites or markers found to be present in his or her sample or specimen. To establish a violation of this section, it is not necessary to establish that the unarmed combatant intentionally, knowingly or negligently used a prohibited substance or that the unarmed combatant is otherwise at fault for the presence of the prohibited substance or its metabolites or markers found to be present in his or her sample or specimen."
    Source: http://boxing.nv.gov/uploadedFiles/...es/2016-09-09-ADOPTEDREGULATIONS-R062-16A.pdf

If we follow their rules, that say "it is not necessary to establish that the unarmed combatant intentionally, knowingly or negligently used a prohibited substance", then it will be hard to let Canelo fight on May 5th, he will need a very good defense and very good lawyers as well. I think this is why Dan Rafael was saying the fight will most likely not happen and instead will happen on September of next year.

If the place Canelo purchased the meat from was "trusted" to not sell contaminated meat, then maybe they can say it was out of their reach and that they did everything they could to assure he did not eat contaminated meat. However, this will be hard to prove.

Can't wait for the Canelo fanboys to say this is Golovkin's fault, especially when this was part of the NSAC's rules for 2 years already.

It all does not matter, it appears NSAC is more strict than WADA on the matter, so Canelo has no defense whatsoever. Since clenbuterol is not naturally produced by the body, it can only show up in tests if you put it into it, therefore Canelo's strictly liable. The one thing you need to do to get banned in Nevada is to provide a positive sample, and you're good to go. Fortunately for the NSAC, Canelo delivered two, so he can send the lawyers on a vacation and join them shorty.

I guess the only thing they'll discuss at the April 10th hearing is the duration of the suspension..

Note, it also says this in the regards of punishment
"4. Except as otherwise provided in sections 33 to 36, inclusive, of this regulation, an unarmed combatant who violates any provision of this section:
    (a) Is ineligible to engage in unarmed combat in this State for a period of at least 9 months but not more than 24 months, as determined by the Commission.
    (b) Will be fined by the Commission in an amount equal to at least 15 percent but not more than 30 percent of his or her purse."
