Good fight indeed. It' a shame after Langford recent excellent win that he's fighting in town halls, shows you the difference the right promoter makes. As for the fight I think there styles will gel brilliantly, but I think Langfords excellent jab will be difference.
Yeah thought he wasn't with Warren after he lost previously, same seems to have happened to Liam Walsh too after he lost. Think Langford would be an asset to Frank. Shame he never got Eubank fight his jab if it was like it did v Arnfield would have gave Eubank a world of trouble.
imo welbern could win this I don't rate Langford that highly and he went life and death with shedy who isn't very good and he could have easily lost that fight Langford at times is to so easy to hit he leaves his chin in the air and isn't a big puncher and welborn will put the pressure on all fight and out work his opponent that's the way he fights unless his hurt badly which I don't see Langford been able to do or his fighting a master boxer
Agree Langford is not a puncher and with the fact he leaves chin too high and also fact Wrlborn will pressure him all night. If Langford jab is on fire it will stop Welborn in his tracks, but if he doesn't he will likely lose.
langford was really good in the fight with arnfield but that was them trying to outbox each other where welborn will be going at him imo his good in a slow paced fight but like against shedy when he wasn't able to fight at his own pace he struggled and also when he was knocked out the same but that was the best langford ave seen in the arnfield fight so maby it was franks terrible matchmaking and he wasn't ready for them step ups because of the trash that he had been fighting but now he is
.Langford suffered like how Yarde is by having worod rankings fiddled so he was rated one of the best in the world whilst not even being better than British class, so eventually it backfired when he fought a life opponent. It gives fighters a false impression of were they are at. I think in the Arnfield fight there was huge improvements in Langford but question as you rightly say is will he handle it when under constant pressure. I think both men will have success but Langford jab will win him fight. Really good style match up, great standard of a fight for a town hall show. Sort of fight that should be on Box nation.
A decent stay busy fight and a fairly easy win, Langford is an elite talent, as long as he isn't facing a puncher.
