The charr oquendo fight won’t happen.

The belt will get dropped and Whyte and povetkin will fight for it.

Anyone feeling the main event goes the distance? I don't think either guy is actually coming into this one looking to bang it out with the other guy... Joshua very light by his standards and Parker isn't going to be standing around giving him free ones. He's just not that sort of fighter.

I thought Price showed dramatic improvement tonight.

He was much calmer and his defense was much more solid.

He'll never be a champion, but I think he can stick around and perhaps get some respectable wins.

Povetkin/Whyte would be a good scrap. Still favour Povetkin even though he looked vulnerable tonight. Remember Chisora had Whyte in all kinds of trouble with his pressure and Povetkin style wise maybe a nightmare for Whyte.

Povetkin is 38. He looked good for a 38 year old. His prime is definitely behind him. I thought he looked a tad bit slow, but he's no where near shot. I'd favor Wilder at this point due to that fight changing power, but Povetkin is a bit more mobile than Ortiz, is more diverse offensively, and in my opinion probably hits a tad bit harder.

So true. Never nice seeing a ko like that when you know that is how the fight will end. Ref shoukd have been in there when he was out on his feet. That last punch was flush against an undefended boxer.
